Embrace the Progress' is about learning to celebrate the small wins in life, even in the face of failure and adversity. It’s about learning to love and believe in yourself,
even when it feels like nobody else does or you are undeserving of it.
Sharing personal stories of wins and losses through song, I hope to be a voice for people who may not be able to express such emotions and struggles.
I also hope to encourage listeners and inspire them by invoking a paradigm shift of their view of themselves and the process of life as a whole.

About the Album
'Enjoy the Process’ is a five-track EP recorded by Krysta Joy and produced by Bani Hidir (53A). These evocative songs, conceived and birthed in the intensely personal seasons of her young life, express with raw honesty and captivating candor, the emotions which typify the youth of today.
In this album, Krysta likens life to a machine and transports you through the various stages and meanderings of her own soul. Through all of life’s ups and downs, defeats and disappointments, joys and victories, she reminds us of the importance of realising that each one’s life process is unique and that it is simply wrong to be pressured into conformity. Instead, she urges you to learn to enjoy the process for all that it is and all that it will shape you to be.
